The Altman Group has partnered with Tornetta Realty Corporation on The Residences at Bentwood. The new project was completed in 2020. The 280,000 square-foot, five-story structure contains 261 apartment units. It also consists of 311 indoor parking spaces and 103 outdoor parking spaces, which residents can reserve.
The design of the structure connects the building with outdoor spaces, including a club room that opens onto a spa/pool complex. The serpentine-shaped structure allows these common spaces to nestle within the curvature of the building, creating privacy from external sound and visibility.
